What’s your returns policy?

I want you to love your items as much as I love making them.

However, if you would like to return an item, please email info@shopweetart.com within 14 days of delivery and a return will be arranged for you. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

– Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
– Your item must be in the original packaging.

Clearance and sale items are final and cannot be returned.

Please understand that this is out shipping costs are non-­refundable as Shop Sweetart is a small independent business and operates on small margins to bring you affordable and original gifts.

My item has arrived but its faulty!

Whaaaaat!
Each item is packed by hand and carefully checked before shipping. However, very occasionally items can become damaged during delivery. If your item has arrived damaged please email info@shopsweetart.com with your order number and order details so we can rectify the issue swiftly.

Please remember, it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process your refund which is out of our control.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes! Postage is automatically calculated at the checkout. Please note that orders outside of the UK may incur import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. Delivery times vary. Please check here for more information

Help! There’s an item I want to buy but it’s out of stock.

No problem, pop an email over to info@shopsweetart.com and I’ll give you an estimate for when it’ll be back in stock.

We do not except exchanges.
